I confess, when I first looked at the package and saw the ingredients I was a little hesitant to try it.  My mind instantly conjured up visions of tree bark and clover leaves. However, I was more than pleasantly surprised.

Let me tell you, it was delicious.

The Healing Mix has a sweet, chewy texture that added so much flavour to my yogurt and sort of reminded me of the graham crumb crust on a cherry cheesecake.  I know…yum! Not only that, but it provided just enough motivation for me to get around to making my daily smoothie.  As a mom, it’s harder than you’d think to find time to eat…let alone to eat something that’s good for me!

And as for the health benefits? Well, I was skeptical until my Gynecologist gave me some samples at my 6 week postpartum checkup.

How can I argue with a medical professional? If she recommends it then of course so do I.
