Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Generously grease a baking pan and line the bottom with parchment paper
Whisk dry ingredients together (1st 4 ingredients on the list)
Add wet ingredients and blend well with whisk or mixer. Let the batter sit for a few minutes and mix once more.
Add chocolate chips and mix through then pour batter into the baking pan.
Bake for about 40 – 45 min or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 large eggs
2 very ripe bananas – mashed
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1/2 dark chocolate chips
