I confess, when I first looked at the package and saw the ingredients I was a little hesitant to try it. My mind instantly conjured up visions of tree bark and clover leaves. However, I was more than pleasantly surprised.

The Healing Mix has a sweet, chewy texture that added so much flavour to my yogurt and sort of reminded me of the graham crumb crust on a cherry cheesecake. I know…yum! Not only that, but it provided just enough motivation for me to get around to making my daily smoothie.
