maddieI received my Lulu Bedding package about a month ago and oh how happy was I to receive it!

I received a stroller blanket and two receiving blankets. After having two girls I could call myself a sort of blanket connoisseur. I knew right away they were that of high quality fabrics. They were just oh so soft and didn’t feel like the mass produced blankets you get from other stores.

The stroller blanket is a perfect size, big enough for not only my 15 month old but my 3.5 year old too! The fabric is beautiful and girly which we love and did I mention how soft it is! It’s made from 100% cotton flannel and 100% Minky Chinnelle (polyester). This blanket would be perfect for a newborn and is big enough to swaddle infants in the colder months. My 15 month old has slept with this blanket every night since we received it and it’s by far her favorite.

The receiving blankets are also a great product. I have a ton of receiving blankets but most have diminished in their feel and size from washing and use. The one thing I loved about the Lulu receiving blankets was the size. These receiving blankets are also big enough to swaddle an infant and the fabric is so soft. It is made from 100% cotton and after a couple washes the feel is still there. There are specific care instructions with these products and it is made clear on the tags. They are to be washed on a gentle cycle and low heat in the dryer. Pretty simple.

These products are made upon request so Lulu can customize the fabrics to suit your tastes or nursery theme. I absolutely love this idea. It can be so hard to find what you are looking for, especially if your more off the cuff with things like me. They offer several different products such as crib sheets, crib blankets and custom bedding not to mention it is a Canadian company! The products are a bit pricey but if you are looking for customized, local, and quality products I think this is something you should expect. I would approve Lulu Bedding and Design.
